Courthouse Square

Our leasing process

Leasing a suite at Courthouse Square is straightforward. Here's the sequence from first tour to signed lease.

  1. 1

    Tour the space

In person or virtually. We'll walk you through the available suites and the building's shared spaces.

  2. 2

    Tell us you're interested

Reach out through the form on our homepage, or email leasing@courthousesquarevashon.com, with the suite you want, your proposed start date, term length, and any special needs. We'll guide you through a short intake and a refundable $100 Good Faith Deposit, which is credited toward your first month's rent if we sign, and refunded in full within three business days if we don't.

  3. 3

    We review and respond

Usually within a few business days. We run standard background and credit checks (which you authorize when you apply) and either confirm, ask clarifying questions, or propose adjustments.

  4. 4

    Sign and move in

The signed lease is the same standard lease you can read below, with your specific terms filled in.

Why is the lease public?

We post our standard lease publicly because no one should have to commit before they've seen the fine print. Read it. Share it with your attorney. Show up to the conversation already informed.

If you're interested, here is everything up front. Read the full standard lease before you ever sign, share it with your attorney, and bring your questions to the conversation. The Lease Terms Sheet is the short, deal-specific part you would fill in and sign; the fillable example below shows exactly what that looks like. To get started, you can fill out the Letter of Intent & Application — or just use the inquiry form and we'll help you the rest of the way.

Version 1.5, June 29, 2026. All documents — standard lease, Lease Terms Sheet, and Letter of Intent — are on this version, incorporating attorney review.
